From airport to the City Centre

Pomeranian Metropolitan Railway

The Railway is certainly the best way to reach the city or the airport. It takes approximately 25 minutes to get to the city centre.
The SKM kilometre tariff applies on these trains. The tickets can be purchased at service points and from vending machines found at the stations or on trains. The Railway station is at the T2 passenger terminal.

A city of short distances

Once you are in the Gdansk city centre hotels, restaurants, and places of interest are located within 30 minutes walking so no additional public transport is needed.

Bus access

The buses to and from the airport operate on a regular and frequent basis and the route takes around 40 minutes.

The fare to the centre of Gdansk is about PLN 70, and the drive takes approx. 25 minutes. Be sure to pick a car which has an airport badge of recommendation on it. This guarantees a fair price and good quality of service.
Remember that you can also rent a car. There’s no shortage of car rental companies at the airport, which gives you a wide variety of vehicles to choose from.
